Modern slavery statement
Our approach to Modern Slavery
This statement sets out how SilverRock Bank aims to eliminate, as far as possible, the risk of forced labour, slavery or human trafficking taking place in parts of the supply chain businesses.
We are doing this as we view this as an important part of our commitment to social responsibility. One of SilverRock’s aims is that employees, job applicants, 3rd party partners, business introducers and suppliers must be treated fairly and that they must not be disadvantaged by unjust or unfair conditions or requirements. As part of this, SilverRock is committed to ensuring that there is no slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour or human trafficking in its supply chains or within any part of its operations.
SilverRock has zero-tolerance to forced labour, slavery and human trafficking and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in our business relationships. This is underpinned by a specific policy, supplementary due diligence for suppliers and staff training.
We continue to expect all our suppliers, contractors, and business partners to maintain policies and procedures in relation to the Modern Slavery Act.
